Pending for Receive Dispatch List

The Pending for Receive Dispatch List displays all dispatched shipments that are awaiting receipt confirmation. Users can search records by Dispatch Number or Work Order Number and filter by Region and Date Range.

The list shows Dispatch Number, Dispatch Date, Expected Delivery Date, and Quantity.
From the context menu, users can select Create Dispatch Receive to record the receipt of dispatched materials, completing the dispatch lifecycle and updating the system accordingly.

Dispatch Receive Entry

The Dispatch Receive Entry screen is used to confirm receipt of dispatched materials against a specific Dispatch Number and Dispatch Advice (DA).

The Work Order Request Details section displays WO Number, DA Number, Reel Name, and Reel Quantity to verify the dispatched items.
The Dispatch Details section shows Dispatch Date, Transit Days, Expected Delivery Date, Delivery Mode, Transport Agency, and AWB Number for shipment reference.

Users can enter remarks and specify a delay reason (if applicable) before saving the entry. This process completes the dispatch cycle by recording successful receipt of the shipment in the system.
