List-Pending Dispatch

The List – Pending Dispatch screen displays all dispatch advices (DA) that are ready for physical dispatch but not yet completed. Users can search records by DA Number or Work Order Number and filter by Region and Date Range.

The list shows details such as DA Number, DA Date, Dispatch Date, Expected Delivery Date, DA Quantity, Customer, Dispatch From location, and Work Order Number.
From the context menu, users can select Create Dispatch to initiate the actual dispatch process for the selected DA.

Dispatch Entry

The Dispatch Entry screen is used to record the actual dispatch of materials against a Dispatch Advice (DA). It links the dispatch to the relevant Work Order, DA number, and reel details.

In the Work Order Details section, users can review WO Number, DA Number, Reel Name, Reel Quantity, and Module Name to ensure the correct items are being dispatched.

The Dispatch Details section captures logistics information such as Dispatch Date, Transit Days, Expected Delivery Date, Delivery Mode, Transport Agency, AWB Number, and any Remarks or Delay Reason.
Once these details are entered, the dispatch can be saved to complete the dispatch process and enable shipment tracking.
