Get Request:
Tally automatically picks files from the shared folder “/Tally” every 15 minutes and posts SIMPRA vouchers directly to the database:

Post Request:
- Tally ERP is configured for automated integration with SIMPRA via a shared folder mechanism.
- Every 15 minutes, Tally polls the designated shared folder to retrieve input files generated by SIMPRA.
- Retrieved files are programmatically processed to post purchase and other relevant vouchers directly into the Tally database.
- This process bypasses manual entry through the Tally user interface.
- After successful posting, Tally generates a response file with the extension _UBT.xlsx in Share folder “Tally/VP”.
- The response file contains detailed information about each posted voucher, including voucher type, number, and status.
- The response file is placed back into the shared folder “tally/VP” for downstream systems or portals.
- This ensures automated reconciliation, reporting, and further processing, maintaining data consistency and minimizing manual intervention.
