- TC/CS can use overview list to find details of all existing Harmony request except the Draft Request.
- Multiple filters are available on overview list, which will help TC/CS to filter out the Harmony Request.
- TC/CS can also have an option to view complete History of any of the request including all activities from request submission on Harmony.
- Data of this overview is also available in extractable format (.xls).
