This Feature has been introduced to keep the TC/CS updated even after newly assigned TC/CS will take care of the respective customers. Sometimes when order gets live in harmony with respective TC/CS and soon we need to replace the TC/CS for the existing live records then this feature works for the same.

• Only TC Director can do the Bulk Swap for TC & CS for respective customers.
• Either of TC or CS can be bulk swapped by TC Director for respective customers.
• Bulk Swap by TC Director will update all the existing records for the customers.
