Closed Approval List

The Closed Approval List screen displays all requests that have successfully completed the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase and are approved for closure. It provides a final overview of completed requests.

Each record includes the Request Number, Application, Sub-Application, Project Name, Sponsor, Department, Business Unit, Requested Date, Current Status, and Expected Delivery Date. The Search option allows users to quickly locate closed or approved requests.

This screen helps maintain a record of completed projects, supports audit and reference purposes, and ensures proper closure of development requests within the system.

Close

The Close screen is used to formally close a request after successful completion and approval of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.

This screen displays complete project details including Application, Application Owner, Department, Sponsor, Sub-Application, Project Name, Expected Delivery Date, Project Description, Business Need, and Priority. It also shows all major milestones such as Sponsor Approval Date, BA Acceptance Date, Analysis Start and End Dates, Development Plan Start and End Dates, Oracle Effort Days, Actual Development Plan Dates, and UAT Start and End Dates.

After reviewing all details, users can click the Close button to finalize the request. Closing the request marks the workflow as complete and moves the item to the closed records for audit and reference purposes.
