Production Change Request

The Production Change Request page is used to send production requests back for correction or modification. This page lists all relevant production requests along with key details such as Request Number, Artwork Number, Customer/Bank Name, Bank Name, Sales Office, Licensing Authority, BIN Number, and Artwork Name. By initiating a change request from this page, users can route the production request back to the appropriate stage for updates and revalidation, ensuring that any required changes are addressed before production continues.

Change Request

The Production Change Request popup is used to initiate a change request for an existing production request. When triggered, the system displays the selected request number and requires the user to choose a mandatory reason for the change, such as color changes, updated artwork files, phone number changes, or address updates. A comment is also required to clearly explain the reason for the change. Upon confirmation, the change request is submitted and routed back for necessary updates and revalidation. This controlled process ensures proper documentation, traceability, and approval of production-level changes before further execution.
