Pending For Sampling (Sample Attributes Validation)

The Pending for Sampling module displays all scheme requests that have successfully passed DAD validation but are awaiting sample attributes validation. Each entry in the list includes key details such as Request Number, Artwork Number, Customer/Bank Name, Bank Name, Sales Office, Licensing Authority, BIN Number, Artwork Name, the user who performed the validation, and the validation timestamp. The current status of the request is shown, indicating that the DAD validation is complete but sampling is still pending. Supporting documents, including ARW Proof Files and Sign Proofs, are attached to each request to facilitate accurate review and ensure that all sample attributes meet the required standards before production.

Pending For Sampling (Samples Attributes Validation)

The Pending for Sampling module tracks all scheme requests that have passed DAD validation and are awaiting sample attributes validation. Each request includes details such as Request Number, Artwork Request Number, Proof Version, DAD date, Job ID, validation status, and uploaded supporting documents like sign proofs. The Sampling section records sample quantity, sample type, and target dispatch date. Sample submission attributes are marked as OK or

Not OK; if marked Not OK, the request is sent back to proof validation for corrections.

This module ensures that all samples are validated properly before production, maintaining a clear audit trail of sample submissions and feedback.

CBC Sample Printing Request Form

After saving the sample attributes, the page redirects to the CBC Sample Printing Request Form, which captures all details required for sample production. Each form is identified by a unique Sample Request Number and includes the request date, target delivery date, and request revision number. Key details of the sample, such as front and back sheet printing quantities, total sample quantity, artwork number, card type, artwork name, prelam primer quantity, and card material structure, are recorded. Additional attributes such as color references, magnetic stripe color, signature panel, hologram, special hotstamp, hotstamp foil, card visual, FOQ, lab testing, storage location, ACB code, and requester/department information are also captured. This form provides a comprehensive overview of the sample request and maintains an Artwork Overview History to ensure proper tracking, validation, and approval before production.
