ID Card

The ID Card Re-Issuance module allows employees to raise a request for re-issuing their access/ID card in cases where the existing card is no longer usable.

Who Can Use This Module

  • Employees – to submit a re-issue request
  • Managers / HR / Admin – to review, approve, and process requests

When Can a Re-Issue Request Be Raised

An employee can request a re-issue of the ID card under the following scenarios:

  • Lost ID Card
  • Damaged ID Card
  • Print Faded / Unreadable
  • Other Reasons

Request Flow

  1. The employee initiates an ID Card Re-Issuance Request.
  2. The employee fills in the required basic details to submit the request.
  3. The request is routed through a multi-level approval workflow, which may include:
    • Reporting Manager
    • Fourth Floor Authority (if the request is raised by a Fourth Floor employee)
    • HR
    • Admin
  4. Once the request receives final approval, a new ID card is issued to the employee.
