Warehouse -Pending Receive List
The Warehouse – Pending Receive List displays production records that are pending receipt in the warehouse. Users can search by Production Number and filter records by Region and Date Range.
The list shows key details such as Production Number, Production Date, Work Order Number, Batch Number, Sales Office, Customer, and produced quantities. This screen is used by the warehouse team to track production outputs awaiting warehouse receipt and proceed with the receive process from production to warehouse.
On the Warehouse – Pending Receive List, users can right-click on a production record to open the context menu.
Production To Warehouse Receive Entry
The Production to Warehouse Receive Entry screen is used to record the return of produced materials from production to the warehouse. It ensures accurate updating of warehouse inventory after production completion.
In the Return Details section, the system displays LOT-wise product information including product type, code, name, and Fresh, Rejected, and Sample quantities received from production. This helps segregate usable and rejected material clearly.
The Reel/Lot Details section captures reel-wise receiving information, such as LOT number, reel name, supplier reel number, and received quantity, ensuring full traceability.
Users can add remarks for reference, and the Operator field records the user performing the transaction. This process completes the production-to-warehouse material movement.
